CANCELATION POLICY:
Day Classes:
Bookings can be cancelled on the booking system (if no payment was made) up to 4 days before start of the event. If any booking is not cancelled the person who made the booking may be held accountable for the cost of the course that was booked.
REFUND POLICY:
Day Classes:
No refunds will be given except in cases of serious illness, unexpected and critical change in circumstances and only if requested more than 7 days before the start of the event. However, we will allow bookings to be transferred to another student, postponed to a future date, or changed to another course.
Registration fees for the 3 months courses are not refundable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Our Intellectual Property (IP) in the form of student manuals, trading systems, Expert Advisors, etc. should be protected at all times by our students, and if it comes to our attention that our IP has been compromised in any way whatsoever, we will have the right to pursue recompensation for the damage the company has suffered.
GUARANTEES:
Any guarantees that are made on this website is only valid on condition of the rules and principles that was taught in the course pertaining to the guarantee were strictly adhered to. Profitability or not can only be established after a minimum of two months of constant trading.
